# SCIX代币
Scientix代币没有预挖，没有私募，采用公平发售，按照既定的规则释放给所有参与项目的人。
* 14%的SCIX 代币保留用于未来的战略开支。这些包括上市费用、审计、第三方服务、提供流动性等。
* 25%的SCIX区块奖励将发放给团队。
* 1% 的 SCIX 代币将作为 5 个多重签名者的激励，这将是初始的治理 DAO，之后会实现完全链上治理。
* 第一年 SCIX 供应量的 2% 将在启动时铸造，作为项目初期初始流动性供应，合约审计，团队建设，市场活动等的资金。
* SCIX 区块奖励的 55%将用于挖矿。
* 最后，ALPACA 代币持有者拥有SCIX 区块奖励的 5%。

### **1. 治理**
SCIX 代币赋予持有人对协议方向和金库使用的治理权。
Scientix DAO 将从开发者多重签名开始（2 票来自 ALPACA，2 票来自 Scientix，1 票来自独立签名者），并通过 Snapshot 发出提案。之后将过渡到一个完全链上的 DAO。
### **2. 挖矿**
33% 的 SCIX 代币发给为SCIX/BUSD交易对提供流动性的人。
11% 的 SCIX 代币将发给SCIX锁仓者。
### **3. 获取平台的经济效益。**
ALPACA 收益的 10% 将转入Scientix金库。 SCIX 锁仓者将获得这部分利润。
